Driving Directions
We are located at 7329 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
If you are coming from downtown Chattanooga and the southwest, Drive on I-75 N, then take exit 5 and turn right onto Shallowford Rd. The Crowder Eye Center will be 0.2 miles down the road on your left.
If you’re driving from the north, take I-75 South until exit 2 toward Shallowford Rd., and the turn left onto Shallowford. You we then go approximately 0.2 miles. Turn Left on the third traffic light which is Lifestyle Way. We are across the street from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Scooter’s Coffee. Our office is a large black two story building on the corner of Lifestyle Way and Shallowford Rd.
