Originally from Lawrenceville, Georgia, Dr. Adams studied psychology and vision sciences while attending the University of Georgia, later receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2020. Dr. Adams practices with an emphasis on specialty contact lenses used to treat patients with histories of corneal disease or trauma that would otherwise result in poor vision with traditional glasses or contact lenses. He also manages and treats refractive error, ocular disease, binocular vision abnormalities and amblyopia. Dr. Adams joined Crowder Eye Center in 2021 after moving from Birmingham, Alabama with his wife Bethany, daughter Novalee, and two dogs Shakespeare and Darcy. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and (attempting) to have the greenest lawn on the block.
